Mr. Rakesh Kumar Wadhawan is the Chairman, founder and chief promoter of the HDIL group of companies. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Wadhawan is also an active member of several professional bodies like Indian Merchant Chamber, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry, National Real Estate Development Council to name a few. In addition to this, he is a panel member of the Confederation of Indian Industry

The Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Privilege Industries Limited, Mr. Sarang has diverse business interests in industries such as brewing/distilling, real estate, infrastructure, entertainment, leisure, financial Services, oil & gas and more. He has a Master's degree from Clark University, U.S.A. and a Bachelor's degree from Mumbai University. The day-to-day management of production, commercial and finance functions are under direct control and supervision of Mr. Sarang Wadhawan. A qualified professional with rich experience in this field, he successfully manages the day-to-day affairs of the Company.
